FAQs

• What do you need from me during the project?

  Availability to be responsive in providing feedback & approval of work & for you to be able to provide content as required in order to meet timings.

• Do you have payment plans?

  Payment will be 50% at the start of the project and 50% on completion. For longer duration projects, payments can be divided by service or by module or phase. Retainers are also available on request.

• What languages do you work in?

  We can work professionally in English & Spanish, with a sprinkle of Catalan :)

• What’s automatically included in the quote?

  Meetings, designing and any other time required in order to complete the work, costs of software required to complete the project. Please note that travel outside of Barcelona city for meetings is not included, but is available on request.

• Is there anything not included in the quote?

  You will be responsible for any contracts or costs with third parties (commercial stock images or illustrations). Designs may be used in the studio portfolio, unless you specifically inform us that work is confidential.

• What if I need the design faster?

  Timings are based on minimums needed in order to meet the deadlines of all clients, comfortably. Should you require something urgently, you will be charged a 20% pre-agreed rush fee.

• How many revisions
are included?

  The number of revisions are stated in the quote (corrections of information, links, etc are included in the price). Please note that additional revisions can lead to delay in delivery, and fees.

• How do I book my project with you?

  Get in touch for a discovery call to check we're a good fit. When you confirm you’re happy with the proposal, you will receive a contract agreement to sign and work can start on receipt of 50% confirmation payment. You’ll be sent all information via the platform for your approval.

• Are editable files included?

  Editable files are not included as standard practice, and usually incur an additional cost of 20%. Depending on the project scope this may be negotiable.
