What's included

• Introductory Call

  A simple intro call to overview project, fit, and potential scope of work.

• Discovery/Scoping

  Process of confirming project, what is possible, and building out project plan. This will also benefit from including conversations of internal processes with key stakeholders and decision makers.

• Delivery of project plan

  Overview project plan with client to set expectations and communicate any concerns or adjustments.

• Build

  Following the project plan and weekly check-ins with client to ensure build is meeting expectations and adding clarity into what is being done.

• Demo's and Documentation

  Delivery of live and/or recorded demonstrations of how the build out functions.

• Revisions

  Revisions for any aspect that is determined to not be exactly what was desired and possible.

• Training

  Training of final build out to key players and team members for each part of the process.

• Continued Services

  If, after delivery of initial scope of work, it is determined and agreed upon to assist in maintenance, updates, or continued service, a continuation to the contract can be made. Also more than happy to answer simple questions after delivery without concern.
