Once a business uses several AI tools and agents, each one works from its own notes and its own instructions. Nobody can say which agent follows which rule, and the answers drift.

What I build: One structure every agent works from. There is an org chart of your agents and teams, rules set once at the top and inherited below, shared memory and a record of what each agent did. It runs on Booboo, my open-source engine, and serves the same knowledge over REST and MCP so tools such as Claude or Cursor can read it. You also get a visual map of the whole setup.

How pricing works: It depends on how many agents, tools and data sources are involved. We start with a short conversation to map them, and then I send a fixed quote. You can also start smaller with a single document assistant and grow into this.

What I need from you: A list of the AI tools and agents you use, where their instructions live, and who owns each area of the business.

Handover: The configured system on your own infrastructure, the rules file, the map and a walkthrough of how to change them.

Proof: Booboo is public on GitHub and npm under the MIT licence. The cover shows it running a demo hotel organisation built with fictional data, and my own businesses run on the same engine.
