Summary

The fastest way to boost your platform's usability is to let me audit your architecture and interactions so I can deliver a smoother and more proven path for your existing users. At the end of our collaboration, you'll be able to develop the new features or go out and sell a fully interactive prototype to new and exciting clients.

Process

✔ We'll start with a quick meeting where you'll be able to share all the documentation ✔ While defining all the project's needs, I'll start Wireframing the solution and defining all the pain points in the existing User Flow. ✔At this point, we'll validate all and take a look into the UI to expand new screens. ✔ Once I get your approval, I'll convert all of it into a High-Fidelity Prototype in Figma. **DISCLAIMER: For this Service, I usually always recommend including some usability tests at the end of each create feature**

At what stage my project should be for this service?
Usually, this service is for already ongoing projects needing new features or wanting to revamp the existing ones. Entrepreneurs with a working platform and already some clients trying to delegate the creation processes to other roles or even their clients.
How much time can this process take?
Based on previous projects with similar processes, it can take between 1-3 months. Depending on the validation times and new branches to be solved. For some bigger projects where we restarted from scratch, it took up to 4 months with a part-time dedication.

What's included

Usability audit
A complete Usability Audit on the existing features based on the UX best practices, existing User Performance data, and/or market research. A complete Data-Driven Design approach.
Interaction Design and Architecture
User flows and Sitemapping. Each feature will have its interaction within the platform and micro-interactions within the feature itself. All of them will be detailed, tested, and contrasted if needed with the IT team, users, and stakeholders.
Wireframes
When needed, new screens will be wireframed and incorporated into the existing flow ready to be tested with real users (if possible) and validated by all stakeholders and developers.
Style guide/ UI / Visual components
To implement the changes the UI needs to be improved so I will work with the existing components on Figma respecting the brand guidelines
Prototype
UI and wireframes will merge into a pixel-perfect Prototype ready to be developed, including all interactions and micro-interactions.
