What's included

Usability audit
A complete Usability Audit on the existing features based on the UX best practices, existing User Performance data, and/or market research. A complete Data-Driven Design approach.
Interaction Design and Architecture
User flows and Sitemapping. Each feature will have its interaction within the platform and micro-interactions within the feature itself. All of them will be detailed, tested, and contrasted if needed with the IT team, users, and stakeholders.
Wireframes
When needed, new screens will be wireframed and incorporated into the existing flow ready to be tested with real users (if possible) and validated by all stakeholders and developers.
Style guide/ UI / Visual components
To implement the changes the UI needs to be improved so I will work with the existing components on Figma respecting the brand guidelines
Prototype
UI and wireframes will merge into a pixel-perfect Prototype ready to be developed, including all interactions and micro-interactions.

Usually, this service is for already ongoing projects needing new features or wanting to revamp the existing ones. Entrepreneurs with a working platform and already some clients trying to delegate the creation processes to other roles or even their clients.
Based on previous projects with similar processes, it can take between 1-3 months. Depending on the validation times and new branches to be solved. For some bigger projects where we restarted from scratch, it took up to 4 months with a part-time dedication.
