Loading animation for an Activity Tracker app. The app was loading too long on the watch, around 15 seconds. And at that time it was hard to find the way to load it faster. So he asked me to give my variant of loading animation. I wanted to breathe a bit of life into the gear logo. And this was my suggestion. Made in Rive. This is Meditusa 🪼. This interactive animation was created for a breathing exercise guide app. I often use breathing exercise apps. I was surprised to find that nowhere do they use characters to visualise the breathing process, and the animations are all very similar.\ When the opportunity arose to take part in the Rive Interactive Character Challenge, I decided to create my own calming character to demonstrate the phases of breathing. Everything was created entirely in Rive. I designed the character and animations, created a bone system for the head and tentacles, and built a State Machine to handle the logic of phase transitions and phase timing. Portrait tracking cursor I created this interactive self-portrait for my portfolio. I wanted to show that behind my bold and tough appearance lies a nice and cheerful person.
