Zorg bij jou is a Dutch cooperative, non-profit organization that provides digital healthcare services on a national scale. It enables hybrid care: care delivered at home digitally whenever possible, and in person at the hospital or clinic when necessary. Through its Medical Service Center and standardized hybrid care pathways, Zorg bij jou helps healthcare providers reduce workload, improve patient experience, and make care more accessible and sustainable.
