I developed an AI-based platform to automate lead management in CRM, converting unstructured conversations into organized lead data through intelligent AI agents. I integrated a WhatsApp chatbot that allows sales teams to create, update, and query lead information using natural language directly in the chat. This reduced the need for manual data entry into the CRM and improved response time for potential customers.
