DormOS is a full-stack SaaS platform that lets hostel owners run their entire operation - rooms, students, staff, mess, finance, and maintenance - from a single AI-powered dashboard.
Built for hostel owners drowning in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, it automates the daily chores that eat their time: tracking occupancy and vacant beds in real time, managing mess inventory with low-stock alerts, running staff attendance and payroll across departments, and flagging overdue student payments before they become a cash-flow problem.
The AI layer (DormOS Intelligence) goes beyond static dashboards - owners can ask plain-language questions like "which rooms are vacant" and get instant, data-backed answers, plus automated forecasts for revenue, occupancy, and expenses.
Also supports multi-property management, so an owner running several hostels can switch between them from one workspace.
