That was the brief for this one with Felipe Romero, professor at CEFI: lean into the moody orange light cutting through the blinds, cut hard between the talking head and the training shots, and never let the pace sit still for too long. I took care of the edit, the color grade and the sound, pushing the rhythm and the score the same way you'd build an actual movie trailer. š¬š„

For this one with Maicon, I leaned into a black and white opening for the process shots, then let the color warm up into that golden tone right as the hair starts coming together. Editing, color grading and sound design were all on me, timing every brush stroke and curl to build toward that final reveal instead of just showing it. š¬š

the story of a boy who wrote a letter to his future self about the car he dreamed of, and the man who's now driving it. I built the color grade around that nostalgia (warm, cinematic tones that shift as the story grows up), layered in sound design on the small details pen on paper, engine, wind and shaped the score to build right alongside the reveal. š¬šļø
