FedEx + Pipedrive + AI Auto Shipping Automation
This n8n automation connects Pipedrive CRM, FedEx API, OpenAI, and Email SMTP to create a seamless, intelligent shipping management system.
When a new deal is created in Pipedrive, the workflow automatically retrieves deal details and generates a FedEx shipment through API integration. Once the shipment is created, the tracking number is instantly updated back into Pipedrive, ensuring all logistics data stays centralized.
A scheduled Cron trigger then fetches tracking updates from FedEx, synchronizing shipment status directly into Pipedrive. With each update, the system uses OpenAI to generate a personalized and friendly customer email summarizing the latest delivery progress β automatically sent via SMTP
