Cover image for Whether you’re growing your team,
Whether you’re growing your team, setting up your HR processes, or having trouble finding the right people, I can help. I bring hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and all the details that keep your business moving. I’m Rashod, a freelance HR and Recruiting Specialist with real-world experience building hiring systems and people operations that actually work. I’ve helped teams cut hiring times in half and set up onboarding from the ground up. My goal is to bring structure, speed, and results to growing teams — without the need for a big department, just one partner who gets things done. The snapshots you see are just a glimpse of what I’ve done for clients — like reducing time-to-fill from 72 to 23 days, reaching 89%+ offer acceptance rates, and making over 200 hires in tech, healthcare, retail, and nonprofits. If you’re ready to take your people operations to the next level, let’s connect. Drop a comment, send me a message, or check out my full service page on Contra.
