The objective was to evaluate whether BeyondTech, a global technology and telecommunications company, should adopt an installment financing model that allows customers to purchase products through flexible payment plans rather than paying the full amount upfront.
The project combined market research, competitor analysis, financial evaluation, consumer behavior analysis, and strategic recommendation development.
