Instead of simply logging exercises, Kyro learns from every session, adapts workouts in real time based on recovery and performance, remembers long-term progress, and provides intelligent voice-first coaching. I built this prototype to explore what the future of personalized fitness could look like when AI becomes an active coach instead of a passive tracking tool.
