Amazon PPC, Listing Optimization & Inventory Planning
The client reached out to us for complete Amazon account management, starting at the end of the previous year. We began by focusing on low-performing SKUs. Our work included updating their content, improving listing images, and optimizing backend search terms to increase visibility and conversions. We also focused on PPC optimization, where we restructured campaigns, added new relevant keywords, performed negative targeting on underperforming keywords, and tested multiple new strategies to improve Product visibility and scale profitable traffic.
Along with content and PPC, we also managed the client’s product sourcing, which had become a major hurdle for them. By analyzing previous sales data of the Project and using our experience, we identified the right stock levels required for upcoming months and seasonal events. Ordering the correct quantity on time helped us avoid running out of Stock, maintain ranking stability, and ensure strong performance during high-demand periods.

Successful Amazon PPC Campaign with Low ACoS
In this project, I improved the client’s Amazon PPC campaigns and reduced the ACoS from 41.67% to 11.9% within one month by applying smart optimization strategies.
What I did:
