AI agents and MCP servers for online stores
A web form inquiry at 8:12 a.m. Who reads it first?
My second demo of an agent your customers never see. It takes a contact form message and:
→ pulls out the details: service, rooms, location, timing, budget, contact,
→ spots what's missing for a quote (here: room size, house or flat),
→ creates a CRM card with a price range and priority,
→ drafts a reply with two questions and two site-visit slots.
Then it stops. It never sends anything on its own. A human clicks Send.
Demo data (a made-up air-conditioning company in Poland, so the customer text stays in Polish). Real rules, real logic.
Want this for your inbox? Send me a message. 7:00 a.m. One message from your shop, before coffee.
I built a demo of an agent your customers never see. Every morning it sends the owner:
→ yesterday's sales vs the 7-day average,
→ what's running low and how many days it will last,
→ parcels that got stuck, before the customer asks,
→ 5 things to do today.
In the demo, the same front light came back twice as defective in one day. The agent doesn't guess why. It just says: check the batch.
Demo data (a made-up bike shop). Real logic.
It doesn't order anything or message customers. It points, you decide.
Want one for your store? Send me a message. Customer support chat for a SaaS in production: answers users inside the app and sends the owner a Telegram alert when a human is needed. Technical SEO for a 5-language Next.js SaaS: 67 to 185 indexed pages in under 5 weeks, mobile PageSpeed 86 to 95, LCP 3.8 s to 1.2 s. Fixed in code, measured in Search Console.
