Email sequence plan for a field services company turning one-time job customers into maintenance plan members. The deliverable is a 5-email sequence over 22 days, built around one rule: every email has one job, one audience, and one action. It includes subject lines, the purpose and call to action for each send, scheduling and segmentation notes (including buyers exiting the sequence the moment they book), A/B testing guidance, and a measurement framework focused on bookings and conversations started, not clicks alone. The appendix includes the first email in full, plus a plain-language rewrite that puts the ask in the first line. New-hire onboarding program for a field operations team, built to make the first 90 days consistent no matter who does the training. The deliverable includes a 30-60-90 roadmap (Learn, Practice, Own), a day-by-day Week 1 plan from welcome and safety through the first supervised job, and a manager check-in cadence at days 7, 30, 60, and 90, with clear measures for whether onboarding is actually working. The design principle throughout: no new hire should have to figure out the basics alone. Every milestone, checklist, and check-in is spelled out in advance. Streamlining a marketing campaign doesn't have to be complicated. Let's make it simple, standardized, and successful. By automating your marketing plans with an AI agent or lab, you can ensure that you get exactly what you want when you need it, and time back for the stuff that really matters. I specialize in building custom training programs that match your brand's voice and your company's needs. This client wanted an Employee Resource Guide that helped with professional development. Participants had full access to a range of lessons that included recorded training sessions.
