This study explores how modular container construction can support compact live/work environments for creatives, entrepreneurs, and small-scale developers. It focuses on flexibility, efficient footprints, and scalable design systems, beginning with individual units and then expanding into larger developments.
I am currently developing multiple concepts in this series before refining one into a build-ready prototype.

This concept explores live/work units as a tool for economic mobility and flexible development.
By using modular container systems, the project imagines a scalable village where residents can live, create, and operate small businesses in the same environment, reducing overhead while increasing opportunity.
This study focuses on adaptability, phasing, and the ways design can support both lifestyle and livelihood. I’m continuing to explore how modular systems can activate underutilized land and support emerging entrepreneurs. I am always open to feedback and dialogue.

What does sustainable, scalable development look like?
