FlowStack - SaaS Landing Page & Marketing Site
Designed and developed the complete marketing website for FlowStack, a product workflow platform for modern development teams. The brief was to build a high-conversion landing page that communicates speed, simplicity, and scale and makes signing up feel like a no-brainer.
What I built:
The full multi-section landing page including a hero with bold "10× faster" positioning and dual CTAs (free trial + demo video), a 6-card feature grid covering AI automation, real-time analytics, integrations, security, collaboration, and mobile monitoring, a 3-step onboarding flow with connected step indicators, a tiered pricing section (Starter/Pro/Enterprise) with feature comparison and highlighted "Most Popular" plan, a dark-themed final CTA section with social proof (12,000+ teams), and a structured footer with product, company, and resource navigation.
Design decisions:
The page uses a clean white foundation with a deep purple accent system that builds intensity as you scroll — light and informational at the top, dark and urgent at the bottom CTA. The embedded browser mockup in the hero grounds the product immediately. Typography is tight and confident, with the gradient "10× faster" headline doing the heavy lifting on first impression. Pricing cards use border hierarchy and a badge to steer toward Pro without being pushy.

DataFlow SaaS Analytics Dashboard
Built DataFlow, a full-featured analytics dashboard for SaaS businesses to monitor revenue, user growth, and campaign performance in real time. Designed for founders and growth teams who need a single view of the metrics that matter without digging through spreadsheets or stitching together multiple tools.
What I built:
The complete dashboard including KPI cards with month-over-month comparisons (revenue, active users, conversion rate, churn), an interactive MRR growth chart with monthly/weekly toggles, a real-time activity feed showing user signups, plan upgrades, and campaign milestones, a top accounts table sorted by MRR contribution with 30-day activity sparklines, workspace-level filtering with date range controls, a sidebar with navigation across Dashboard, Analytics, Users, Revenue, Campaigns, and Reports modules, and plan management with seat usage tracking and upgrade prompts.
Under the hood:
Backend API aggregating subscription data, user events, and campaign metrics into a unified analytics layer. Real-time event streaming for the activity feed. Data pipeline handling MRR calculations, churn tracking, and cohort-based conversion rates. Role-based access with workspace scoping so teams see only their own data.
Stack & approach:
Built with a clean, light-theme UI that prioritises scannability the hierarchy moves from high-level KPIs to trend charts to granular account data in a natural top-down flow. The green/purple accent system keeps positive and neutral metrics visually distinct without overwhelming the layout. Every component is designed for data density without clutter.

NovaMind AI — Full-Stack AI Chat Platform
Built NovaMind AI end-to-end — a production-ready conversational AI platform that lets users interact with large language models through a polished, developer-oriented interface. This isn't a wrapper or a frontend mockup; it's a fully functional application with real-time streaming, model routing, conversation persistence, and user account management.
What I built:
The complete platform including real-time LLM response streaming with token-by-token output, multi-model support with model switching (NovaMind Ultra, etc.), full conversation CRUD with history grouped by recency, JWT-based user authentication with plan tiers (Pro Plan, Unlimited), syntax-highlighted code output with copy functionality, contextual follow-up suggestions generated per response, a rich input system with attachments, search, and code mode toggles, and a responsive dark-themed interface designed for extended use.
Under the hood:
Backend API handling prompt routing, conversation storage, and user session management. LLM integration layer with streaming responses and model abstraction. Database layer for persisting conversations, user preferences, and plan data. The frontend is tightly coupled to the API with real-time WebSocket/SSE streaming for a native-feeling chat experience.
Stack & approach:
Full-stack build — Python/FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL for persistence, LLM API integration with streaming, and a React frontend. Every layer was built with production use in mind: auth, rate awareness, error handling, and a UI that stays comfortable during long technical sessions.

LUXE — Luxury E-Commerce Storefront
Designed and developed a high-end e-commerce experience for LUXE, a curated luxury fashion and accessories platform. The project called for a digital presence that matches the exclusivity of the brand — refined typography, a deep navy and gold color palette, and generous whitespace that lets the products breathe.
What I built:
The full storefront including a cinematic hero section with seasonal messaging, a featured collections grid with product badges (New, Bestseller, Limited), category exploration cards with product counts, a newsletter subscription section, and a structured footer with shop, services, and company navigation. The design uses emoji-style product illustrations paired with gradient card backgrounds that give each item its own atmosphere — a deliberate choice that keeps the visual identity distinctive and ownable.
Stack & approach:
Clean, responsive frontend with attention to micro-interactions and layout hierarchy. Every section is designed to guide the visitor from discovery to conversion while maintaining the brand's understated luxury tone. The gold accent on CTAs and section labels creates a consistent thread throughout the page without overwhelming the dark palette.
