This looks like a simple automation at first, and it kind of is, but what it does can solve a lot of issues for a lot of studios.
This scenario automates the entire onboarding of a client, from welcoming email, to creating folders, sharing them, creating slack channels, spaces in project management app, all happening after the client has paid (all in under 2 minutes...)

When I am talking about planning the automation of a studio, this is what I mean.
And this is just the overview of everything, if you want to really have a scalable studio, you need to pay attention to each and every interaction there is with your clients and with your people.

This is another Core Dashboard built for one of my clients. It all started from the fact that most studios use multiple management tools and data is not being clearly shown.
Especially when talking about profitability, time allocation and project progress. So I built a dashboard using Google AI Studio and creating a database in Supabase to store all of the necessary data from the project management tool of use, ClickUp.
Therefore we now are syncing ClickUp to Supabase to this dashboard, which allows the studio to have a crystal clear view of all of their core data, also being able to ask an AI (co-founder) about how to improve the way that the studio is running.
This is a really common pain point for studios and a solution like this, really unlocks scalability and clarity.
