Lachiway Enterprise and Logistics is a startup 3PL company based in South New Jersey, offering warehousing, inventory management, and distribution services for small to medium-sized businesses. The client’s goal was to build a flexible logistics operation that could compete with major carriers by offering tailored, efficient solutions for B2B clients—without owning a fleet. Key challenges included limited brand awareness, lack of in-house transport, and startup funding needs. We addressed these by developing a subcontracted courier model, creating a hybrid marketing plan (flyers, SEO, and social media), and crafting a clear financial and operational strategy for SBA loan support. Lachiway now offers public warehousing, overflow storage, and inventory cycle analysis for startups lacking logistical infrastructure, positioning them to scale operations and pursue government contracts in the near future.
