Located in Africa, his work never seemed indicative of any particular time zone (he almost always responded to WhatsApp messages within minutes if not seconds, regardless of time of day) and his English is excellent, both in vocabulary and accent. His pricing was far more competitive than most of our other bids and it wasn't because of inferior experience or quality of work, as both were excellent throughout the project. Recommended!
