Organized and coordinated guest speakers (professors and physicians) for three consecutive online medical tourism conferences on Zoom. Led event publicity and communications, including speaker coordination, run-of-show alignment, and audience-facing messaging to support attendance and engagement.

Prime Ministers Justin Trudeau and Kyriakos Mitsotakis joined Montreal Greek Independence Day celebrations (Mar 2024). As HCGM communications lead, I managed inbound media requests and coordinated press handling with Canada’s PMO and the Embassy of Greece.
