Different Types of content and how they work
I used sketches and mind-maps to conceptualise the way users will interact and experience different types of content such as video and chat, audiobooks, in-video store, podcasts and many more chat features.
Creating User personas
Building Personas is still an effective way to build empathy with users, so I created three user personas after conducting some market research and speaking to existing customers.
Gathering data and arranging them into clusters to explore common user types needs and to identify similar pain points across discoveries.
