OtterBotter website and chatbot

As owner of OtterBotter, a chatbot building company, I knew creating an impressive chatbot for my company site was a must. I combined conditional flows into several different LLMs that pulled from knowledge bases or prompt-focused LLMs that pulled from the entire web. Giving users the ability to test the chatbot functionality by receiving unique chatbot ideas for their own business right in the chatbot or getting recommendations for shoes was a feature I'm particularly stoked about.
