Tackling a big challenge to stay sharp. Objective - Redesign one of the most used websites: Wikipedia. Problem - Even though Wikipedia has a dated UX and UI, people are already used to it. Any change has to have a good reason. Solution - Find out what people love about Wikipedia and what frustrates them through online/remote research. Understand Wikipedia’s need as a business.
