Objective -
Redesign the Performance Evaluation Board System.
Problem -
The first version of the Performance Evaluation Board System was loved by many. Unfortunately, it’s usability wasn’t great, and the system needed to reflect Itaú’s new evaluation process.
Solution -
Through field research, find what made the first version loved. Understand the new evaluation process and how the new system could better contribute to it. Use Itaú’s Design System, user-centric design principles, and accessibility guidelines to improve usability.
