Napo Sensei - Framer Design & Development

Napo Sensei is a Japanese language coach based in Kyoto who teaches from personal experience and a strong sense of purpose. He doesn’t just offer lessons — he helps people transform their lives through Japanese, whether they want to travel, study, or work in Japan. The site was built to reflect that: serious, human, and emotionally engaging, with a focus on structure, discipline, and storytelling.

I was in charge of both design and development using Framer.

I crafted a custom experience that brings together personal narrative, clear pricing, progressive learning structure, and Japanese-inspired visual language. The design is informed Shuhari (learning through discipline and mastery), and every section is built to guide the visitor step by step, from discovery to booking their first class.
