RCU Group aims to digitize their distribution process to enable real-time sales monitoring and efficiently prevent manual fraud

The Company Itself

RCU Group is a company which manufactures & sells stoves and household goods. The customer usually buys the products on credit (loan) through RCU Group's loan service. Their target customer was lower-middle-class housewives, that mostly live in villages or small towns in Java, Indonesia.

Door-to-door sales, with a Canvassing business model

Organize a community event in the village where they raise awareness, and demonstrate while implicitly selling the products.
Raise awareness to housewives to make additional income by reselling this product to their neighbors and family
