Designed an executive project dashboard to centralize the key information needed to manage and communicate an enterprise software implementation. The solution combines project health, budget tracking, milestone progress, completion metrics, executive summary, and timeline visibility into a single leadership-ready view.

The dashboard demonstrates how I structure project data and reporting to help project teams identify risks, communicate progress, and give stakeholders a clear understanding of project status without requiring them to review multiple reports.
