2018 - 2021 | Mobile Developer

My job at Cualit included organizing, following and developing software projects ensuring the final product met the specified requirements.

Over the two years I got to work on different projects, and multiple different technologies, which made me grow into being comfortable with switching projects and adapting fast to different work environments, also learning to being decisive when facing new challenges. 

Although my main focus was mobile development, I also had the chance to work on web an API development and while working on different technologies both front and back-end I gained a strong foundation on the whole software development process.

This experience provided me with a valuable opportunity to develop my skills in teamwork and collaboration. I was part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that included developers, designers, and leaders, and I was able to contribute to the success of the projects through my active participation in the team's daily activities.

My main challenge when working at Cualit was being handed a project to organize and delegate tasks and follow the team's work, being responsible for its success. Being able to manage a small team made me learn a lot on people and time management and to strength my communication skills.
