Context

Logiscool Romania is the national headquarters of an international network of digital education schools for children and adolescents. With over 60 locations across Romania and more than 50,000 students served to date, Logiscool offers a variety of digital skills courses, programming, robotics, game design, and video editing, along with diverse vacation programs. Their mission is to deliver digital education in a creative and inspirational way through applied projects and educational games adapted to today's and future learning needs.

The Challenge

As a franchise operation with dozens of locations throughout Romania, Logiscool faced significant challenges in their digital marketing efforts:
Fragmented Marketing Approach: Each franchisee worked with different agencies, using varied campaign structures and tracking methods.
Attribution Confusion: Particularly in Bucharest (Romania's capital), campaigns from franchisees in different sectors overlapped geographically, causing leads paid for by one franchisee to be attributed to another.
Lack of Unified Reporting: With no standardized tracking system, national headquarters couldn't effectively analyze which campaigns and ad types performed best across locations.
Longstanding Problem: The attribution issues had persisted for years despite various attempts to resolve them.
Budget Inefficiency: Without accurate attribution, franchisees were effectively competing against each other and potentially wasting marketing spend.

The Solution

After being contacted by Logiscool's CEO to consult on their paid media strategy, we implemented a comprehensive technical solution focused on resolving their attribution challenges:
Technical Implementation:
Developed an automated system that scanned all campaigns across franchisee accounts
Created a solution that automatically injected dynamic UTM parameters into all ads
Standardized tracking parameters across all franchisee campaigns
Ensured proper attribution regardless of which franchisee's ad triggered the lead
Real-Time Dashboard:
Built a centralized dashboard accessible to all franchisees
Provided real-time visibility into lead sources and campaign performance
Enabled franchisees to track which campaigns were driving their leads
Created a transparent system for internal settlement when leads crossed franchise boundaries
Data Analysis:
Performed comprehensive analysis of campaign performance across all franchisees
Identified the most effective campaign types and ad formats
Compared performance across different geographic locations
Provided clear ROI metrics for different advertising channels and strategies
Alert System
Establish alerts for inefficient spending to allow for rapid campaign adjustments.

The Result

By developing and implementing a technical solution to Logiscool Romania's attribution challenges, we transformed their digital marketing efforts from a confusing, contentious system into a transparent, data-driven operation. The immediate resolution of their years-long attribution problems demonstrated the value of combining technical expertise with marketing knowledge.
This case study highlights how the right technical approach can solve complex marketing challenges, particularly in multi-location or franchise operations where attribution issues often undermine otherwise solid marketing strategies.
