Prior to this collaboration, Ubisoft® relied on external solutions to manage its e-commerce operations. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive e-commerce integration tailored to Ubisoft®'s existing systems, I, as the E-commerce Project Manager, spearheaded the initiative alongside the dedicated team that meticulously crafted a cutting-edge, multi-domain system capable of facilitating the global sales and distribution of Ubisoft's digital and physical products.

Our efforts resulted in the seamless migration of services for Ubisoft®'s official online game store and Ubi Workshop®, the company's platform for premium apparel and accessories. By transitioning these vital components to the new, integrated e-commerce platform, we not only optimized efficiency but also enhanced the overall shopping experience for Ubisoft®'s diverse customer base.
