Ferretly is an AI-powered risk intelligence platform that helps organisations detect threats through digital footprint and behavioural analysis. It serves compliance teams, HR departments, and legal and risk groups that need fast, credible intelligence.
The product operates in a trust-sensitive space. That means the website can't just look clean, it has to feel authoritative, structured, and enterprise-grade from the first second.
The goal was to design and build a site that communicates a highly technical product clearly, establishes immediate credibility with enterprise decision-makers, and drives qualified demo requests without losing depth or precision in the process.

The Challenge

1. Explaining a Technical AI Product Without Losing the Audience

Ferretly's core technology, behavioural analysis, digital footprint scanning, and risk scoring, is genuinely complex. Too much detail loses casual visitors. Too little loses enterprise buyers. The site needed to work for both.

2. Multiple Buyer Personas, One Experience

Compliance teams care about accuracy and auditability. HR departments want simplicity. Legal and risk teams need regulatory credibility. Each group arrives with completely different questions.

3. High Trust Required Before Any Action

Enterprise compliance buyers don't click "Book a Demo" on instinct. They need structured evidence, product reliability, data handling credibility, and peer validation before they'll engage.

4. The "AI" Credibility Gap

Most AI platforms suffer from a trust problem: the technology sounds impressive but vague. Ferretly needed to feel real, specific, and operationally mature, not like another AI startup making broad claims.

Trust Embedded by Design, Not by Section

Credibility signals data handling standards, enterprise client proof, and methodology clarity are woven throughout the experience, not stored in a single testimonials block.

Conversion Path Built for Enterprise Buyers

Every page guides users toward a demo request through a low-friction, high-trust flow. Specific, outcome-oriented CTAs rather than generic "Contact Us" forms.
