LOLML is a B2B ML&AI team based in Germany, founded by ex-DataRobot engineers. They build machine learning solutions for enterprise clients — complex, technical, expensive. Their digital presence had to match that level.

Their previous designer wasn't delivering. The site was live but the design system was inconsistent, CTAs sent every visitor straight to booking with no middle ground, and there was no scalable way to produce the pitch decks their sales team needed. They needed someone they could actually rely on.

Took over as their ongoing design and development partner. Built their full brand design system, social media templates for the entire team, and pitch decks they use to sell high-ticket ML contracts. Redesigned the lead flow — added a contact form option so prospects could engage before committing to a call. Built a careers page that still actively brings in candidates. Set up a process where a new technical pitch deck with 8+ slides goes from zero to done in under 2 hours, fully on-brand.

Creating complex technical presentations fast without losing design quality isn't obvious. Built a Claude-powered workflow that generates slide content from a brief, then formats it automatically into their design system. What used to take a day now takes two hours.

14+ months in. Still the first person they call when something needs to be built or fixed. The careers page alone continues to bring in candidates. The pitch decks are closing high-ticket contracts.
