Built a Make.com workflow that watches for new Google Forms submissions and instantly routes each response through a smart decision tree. Depending on the lead type, it either books a Calendly meeting and fires a confirmation via Outlook, notifies the right team channel on Slack, or logs the entry straight into Google Sheets for tracking.
