Creative Direction & AI Content Pipeline for HR Training

An AI solutions provider for HR teams needed a faster, more consistent way to produce visual assets for its growing library of training videos. Each new module needed a thumbnail and an on-screen presenter, and doing that by hand every time was slow and hard to keep on-brand.

I led the creative direction for the project, defining the visual look for both the thumbnails and the AI avatar videos, then turned that direction into a production package the team could run on its own:

Creative direction & visual identity. I set the look and feel across the training library: composition, color, typography, and presenter styling. Every asset now follows one cohesive visual language.

Automated thumbnail generator. I built a prompt-generator template that encodes this creative direction. It turns a video's topic into ready-to-use image prompts, so every new thumbnail stays on-brand without a designer starting from scratch.

Reusable AI avatar templates. I designed presenter templates in HeyGen and Synthesia with consistent framing, styling, and branding, so the team can drop in a new script and publish a new training video that matches the rest of the library.

The result is a repeatable pipeline that lets a small team scale training content while every video keeps the same visual identity. It draws on my background in broadcast promo and post-production, applied to AI tools.
