Objective: Develop a robust application to streamline operations for distributors and their agents, enhancing efficiency in product management, order placement, and payment tracking platform powered by Next.js to streamline bulk ordering and payment management.

We integrated APIs to ensure real-time order processing and payment tracking. With Redux Toolkit, we handled state management efficiently, while React Hook Form made interactions intuitive. Styled with Tailwind CSS and enriched by Headless UI, the platform delivers a clean, modern experience. Development was managed collaboratively using Git for flawless execution.

Challenges and Solutions:

Efficient Product Management

Challenge: Managing extensive product catalogs with multiple variants and schemes was time-consuming for agents.

Solution: Integrated an intuitive search system where agents could quickly locate products by SKU. This system included variant and scheme selection with automatic price adjustments, significantly improving order placement speed and accuracy.

Payment Tracking and Management

Challenge: Tracking payments and maintaining clear account balances with retailers was cumbersome, especially for periodic settlements.

Solution: Designed a dedicated transaction module for each retailer, logging all orders and payments. Agents could record transactions using cash or online methods, offering real-time visibility into outstanding dues or advances.

Language Barriers

Challenge: Ensuring usability across regions with diverse languages.

Solution: Developed multilingual support, enabling agents to access the application in their preferred language for better adoption and usability.

Outcome: The application revolutionized the client's distribution process by simplifying product management, automating payment tracking, and supporting multilingual functionality. It boosted efficiency, improved agent-retailer interactions, and enhanced overall operational performance.
