Create an automated lead scoring process to ensure all leads are scored properly and the necessary team members are notified.
The Plan
Look at our current deals in the pipeline and look at which actions they took to better understand the meaningful actions of our target audience.
Create detailed documentation and SOPs for the sales and marketing teams to use as their source of truth for everything related to leads.
The Outcome
Within 4 weeks, I completely revamped out entire lead flow and handover system, as well as enabled the sales team on how to properly action upon new leads that come in.
