Following my appointment as Digital Communications Officer for the Tourism department at Causeway Coast and Glens, one of my initial projects was create an Online Engagement Strategy for social media, web and digital platforms. The project involved a rearrangement of work responsibilities within the tourism and visitor services team. 

As part of this strategy, I also created and delivered a training presentation for employees with roles within the online engagement strategy
