Project Overview
Dream Property Listings is a self-initiated Webflow project built as part of Flux Academy's Webflow Masterclass 4.0 graduation requirements. Starting from a barebones CMS starter and reference design, I developed a polished, portfolio-driven site demonstrating what I can deliver for luxury custom home builders and high-end real estate brands.
Project Goals
Showcase Webflow CMS architecture for property-focused businesses
Demonstrate clean, architectural design sensibility with bold typography and full-screen imagery
Build scalable layouts that can grow without redesign
Prove ability to take a starter structure and execute a production-ready site
Key Features
Home Page Full-screen hero with modern residential imagery, clear "Explore Projects" CTA, trust-building benefit cards, and featured listings preview designed to move visitors into the portfolio without overwhelming them.
Projects Gallery Category filtering ("All, Urban, Coastal, In Progress") above a CMS-driven grid of property cards. Each card links to a dynamic detail page with hero imagery, gallery, property specs, and floor plans all powered by Webflow CMS collections.
Contact Path Persistent "Contact Us" button in header for easy conversion from browsing to inquiry.
Technical Execution
Platform: Built entirely in Webflow using Flux Masterclass 4.0 starter CMS collections (no prebuilt pages)
CMS Architecture: Dynamic collections drive project listings and benefit cards, content updates centrally without touching layouts
Responsive Design: All layouts created in Webflow Designer, optimized across standard breakpoints
Navigation: Simplified structure highlighting portfolio and inquiry actions
Scalability: Ready to expand with additional projects, architects, locations, or property types
Why This Project Matters
This spec build demonstrates my ability to work within an existing CMS structure while making strategic decisions about navigation, page hierarchy, and content presentation. The site's architecture and visual approach are designed to be adapted for real custom home builders like CREATO Homes or similar luxury real estate brands.
Skills Demonstrated: Webflow CMS, responsive design, UX/UI best practices, property portfolio architecture, Client-First methodology
