Wavier empowers beauty professionals to seamlessly manage their business operations, enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue - all from a single platform. The goal? To give saloon owners, barbers and hairdressers the tools they need to run and grow their businesses without needing extra staff, tech skills or expensive software. The Wavier Website became the foundation for delivering that solution - helping beauty pros focus more on clients and less on admin.

The Wavier project began with a strategy session to identify the core business challenges and develop a plan to address them. Through market research, we discovered our unique selling position as the only software service managing beauty, health, and wellness business operations end-to-end helping us distinguish ourselves from others in the marketplace.

In this phase, I began by visually designing Wavier's website in Figma, exploring multiple creative directions to align with the team's vision. Once we finalized the design, I transitioned to Framer to build a fully responsive, live website - bringing it to life with subtle animations and interactions that enhanced usability and made the experience more engaging and intuitive for users.

This was the phase we finalized everything involved in this project, we launched and published the Wavier site, ensuring a smooth rollout supported by custom-built email marketing assets and integrated TypeForms to collect leads and feedback which was used to improve the Wavier product, update our customers and increase our conversions overtime.
