With just a few clicks, representatives can select healthcare professionals to receive targeted literature, efficiently placing orders that are fulfilled using advanced EDI or XML files. These files communicate directly with our warehouse's inventory and shipping system, ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Once shipped, both the ordering representative and the recipient HCP are promptly notified, thanks to real-time updates in WooCommerce.

Understanding the critical importance of regulation in medical sample distribution, our platform integrates seamlessly with Salesforce via API. This connection serves as the hub for all HCP information, including multiple shipping addresses, streamlining the process of sample requests. Representatives can easily select a doctor, choose an appropriate address, and specify from a list of available samples adhering to minimum and maximum order quantities.

Upon creating a medical sample order, our system ensures that each request is processed and sent to an external service for verification. This crucial step confirms the doctor's request and Mission Pharmacal's authorization of the sample. Utilizing Make.com, our platform automatically transfers necessary CSV files via SFTP to our third-party verifier. Upon receiving shipment approval, our system updates, and the order moves to our warehouse for fulfillment, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
