Sauce Carbone is an entrepreneurial project I co-founded with Victor Godinot. I created the visual identity, graphic assets and website for it.

The idea is to raise awareness of the environmental impact of our food choices, through restaurants.

Indeed, 1/4 of the carbon footprint of an average French person is due to their food. Lowering one's food carbon foodprint is actually easy: mainly through reducing red meat intake, as well as meat and animal products in general, and eating seasonal & local foods.

Restaurants are a great touch-point for raising awareness on this: it's easier to show the difference of impact between a beef burger and a falafel sandwich on a menu, than in the crowded shelves of a supermarket.
