OnFlow is a high-scale enterprise workflow management and member onboarding platform. It leverages Google Generative AI to transform natural language descriptions into complex, executable business processes. The platform serves as a unified engine for HR, Legal, and Operations, automating everything from digital signatures to compliance documentation.

Organizations were struggling with fragmented, manual processes that led to massive efficiency leaks. The project required:

Centralization: Moving away from scattered email threads and paper files into a single source of truth.

Complex Logic for Non-Techs: Building a visual builder that allows users to create legally binding workflows without writing code.

Security & Multi-tenancy: A robust architecture where multiple organizations could manage isolated data within the same infrastructure.

Scalability: A system that handles high-volume document processing and real-time progress tracking.

As the lead engineer, I directed the technical strategy and end-to-end development:

AI-Powered Workflow Engine: Integrated Google Generative AI to parse user requirements and automatically generate complete workflow structures, drastically reducing setup time.

Multi-Tenant Architecture: Engineered a secure, isolated workspace environment supporting RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) with custom roles ranging from Owner to External Member.

Smart Component Development: Built a suite of core tools, including a secure File Submission system, Digital Signature capturing with IP tracking/audit trails, and a granular Task Assignment module.

Financial Automation: Implemented a Tiered Subscription system using Stripe to manage usage-based billing cycles and assignment limits automatically.

Collaboration Suite: Developed a real-time review system featuring feedback loops, internal notes, and conditional resubmission triggers for quality control.

Successfully launched a scalable SaaS platform that reduced organizational onboarding time by up to 80%. OnFlow ensured 100% compliance through automated audit trails and provided leadership with real-time visibility through comprehensive analytics dashboards. The architecture is now primed for international expansion and further AI-driven predictive analytics.
