Lagan CRM System Documentation

Coventry City Council are a local authority organization based in the United Kingdom. They provide public services such as bin collections, social services and education services to name a few.

Their Contact Centre implemented a CRM system called Lagan. Upon implementing the system a wide range of documentation was required to understand the system and to manage it going forward.

In this particular project we discuss the Security of the CRM System. We discuss what Roles have been set up in the system and what scripts need to run to manipulate the roles.
