Proposed CRM synchronization flow — matching, validation and controlled updates. Concept diagram only.
Concept study by Morda Studio. This is a proposed CRM integration and automation flow, not a live product or completed client engagement. No implementation or measured business results are claimed.
The challenge Leads and customer updates can arrive from multiple tools. Inconsistent fields and repeated submissions create duplicate records and make changes difficult to trace.
The proposed solution A .NET service would receive an event, normalize its fields, and match it to the appropriate CRM record. It would apply agreed rules before making an update and record the outcome. Actions that need judgment could be held for approval.
Design decisions • Define record-matching rules before enabling writes. • Use idempotency to avoid repeating the same action. • Respect API limits and retry temporary failures. • Keep an audit trail of proposed and completed updates.
Illustrative technology choices C#/.NET, a CRM API, webhook receivers or scheduled workers, and a small state store. Optional AI assistance could draft summaries; record updates would follow explicit rules and approval requirements.
A practical first milestone One event source, one CRM object, and one clearly defined update flow. Test cases would include duplicates, missing fields, and destination failures.
What this concept demonstrates How Morda Studio would design CRM automation around clear contracts and recoverable operations. The diagram shows the proposed design, not running application screens.
