To help luminaire manufacturers establish a social presence and solve logistical complexities in order to grow global business operations, I coordinated as a Project Manager and social media consultant.

Helping startups to tackle challenges. Demola brings students together and helps startups or organizations tackle their challenges. In this Demola Fall session, I was part of team Vizulo, Vizulo.com (A luminaries manufacturer and service provider) to solve a luminary manufacturers challenges regarding Manufacturing, Exports, Marketing, and advertising. As a team, we all worked together and made possible options to solve these challenges for Vizulo.com.

Results 🎁

In the period of 3 months we developed most practical solutions based on the company's data and also taking some forecasts into account which will help them to serve customers better. In the team my responsibilities was to find the solutions and possibilities of how we can connect luminaries designer's and manufacturers seamlessly also some help in marketing and advertising section. Also solving customer acquisition and retention issues. Overall this was one of the best experiences with the amazing team-mates and Demola..
