Northstar is a fictional SaaS website built as a personal portfolio demo. Its central idea is a shared route: a team moves from discovery through useful progress toward a clear destination. I refined a user-provided, AI-assisted route concept into a complete responsive presentation, keeping its mist-blue chart grid, navy typography and purposeful amber accents. The main scroll story synchronizes a moving SVG marker, milestone states and chapter text. An interactive sample workspace lets visitors switch between Discover, Build and Launch to inspect illustrative tasks and decisions. The implementation uses native scrolling, pauses animation work when settled, and offers dark mode, keyboard navigation and complete static alternatives for reduced motion or short screens. Bricolage Grotesque is self-hosted under its open font license. The earlier MIT starter attribution is retained in the source notes. Product details and pricing are explicitly fictional; no customer work or commercial results are claimed.
