DRAWBACKS OF DRINKING WARM WATER

According to a study the major drawback of drinking warm water is that it makes you less thirsty. So, if you are drinking warm water you would not be rehydrating yourself because you wouldn’t feel thirsty. This situation can lead towards dehydration.
Moreover, if we consider the conditions like hot climate or you exercising, it would be worse. Because your body would be releasing a lot of water in the form of sweat and you won’t be rehydrating yourself as often as you should be.
Not only that, the benefit that cold water would provide you in this situation by lowering your body temperature to normal won’t be available. So, the drawbacks of drinking warm water are both dependent and independent of conditions.
