Overview
Smokin' Sally's is a Southern American BBQ joint serving flame-grilled burgers, smoked sausages and slow-cooked brisket with all the trimmings. The brand needed to nod to their classic American heritage and reflect their Southern hospitality.
It was important to have a brand with a strong sense of identity, so that customers could make a clear link between the food trucks they send out to local sporting and music events and their restaurants. This cohesion for all facets of the company would raise brand awareness, and help aid plans to expand to new locations.
